KPMG is currently seeking a Seasonal, Support Level Recruiting Scheduler / Coordinator to join our Experienced Hire Recruiting organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support four to six Experienced Hire recruiters with scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel and expense reimbursement
  • Correspond with candidates and clients including sending meeting requests via Outlook and KPMG’s applicant tracking system (ATS), by email and/or by telephone
  • Assist with updating candidate information in the ATS if required
  • Compile post interview candidate feedback
  • Promote a positive candidate experience
  • Train new team members and be available for questions; update training materials

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of scheduling experience; preferably in a recruiting group or a professional services organization
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or relevant work experience
  • Extensive experience using the calendar feature in Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Word, Excel, and database systems
  • Experience handling multiple priorities, while taking a proactive approach and maintaining a strong attentional to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels of personnel
