Job Responsibilites
- Responsible for operating and organizing all TS related duties at the Dallas TS Training Facility.
- Responsible for TS related duties training events in the TX and S/ SW area of US.
- Manage selection and purchase of all training related tools and products.
- Developing training programs and educational courses.
- Assist local Sales Reps with Key customers.
- Assist other TS team members in TS related duties.
- Organize and prioritize all TS duties associated with Dallas TS Training Center.
- Prepare for all training events in TX.
- Receive and manage technical telephone inquires from customers: Architects, contractors and homeowners for North America.
- Develop product and industry knowledge to assist customers.
- Technical writing - letters and reports.
- Hands on evaluation work of Bostik products vs competition.
- Hands on evaluation work of Bostik new product development .
- Complaint resolution in conjunction with the Technical Service Manager.
- Practice safe work habits in accordance with OSHA and EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations.
Job Requirements
- Hands on experience in flooring installation trade.
- Past training, teaching or public speaking experience.
- Excellent communicator -- phone and people skills.
- Technical writing and computer skills.
- Minimum HS Diploma and post HS technical school training strongly preferred.
- Reports to Technical Service Manager – Consumer & Construction Business Unit.
