Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated recent graduate for a one year contract, to join our commercial team, focusing on public sector clients. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales and business development while supporting category initiatives and customer engagement. The successful candidate will work under close supervision to develop a foundational understanding of HP’s products and services, contribute to sales strategies, and support internal collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a basic understanding of HP’s product and service offerings to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value to potential customers.
  • Support experienced category sales representatives by assisting with simple tasks and customer interactions.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to build relationships, answer inquiries, and collect relevant information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales, and finance to ensure smooth execution of category plans.
  • Manage product lines and sales quotas for low-complexity, low-impact product ranges or customer segments.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify needs, pain points, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
  • Participate in training programs to build knowledge in product categories, sales strategies, and business operations.

What are we looking for?

  • Recent Bachelor / master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales and related fields.

  • Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships related to the job content would be a plus.

  • Solid knowledge in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Fluent in English and native Spanish. Fluency and knowledge of other languages, such as German, French, etc. would be a plus.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills: advanced communication skills, both written and verbal. Availability to develop presentation in front of a group of people.

  • Proactive, curious, and dynamic personality: Capacity and eagerness to learn new things and be in different environments and workforces.

  • Organized and structured skills.

  • Solid adaptability and change management skills:  Adapt quickly in a highly dynamic environment, as it is a rotative position being in different department of the sales cycle.
