JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Campus Compensation Manager, perform classification reviews and analyses of a wide variety of staff positions. Assist in the development and implementation of job evaluation methodologies and guidelines by which positions are evaluated. Conduct and participate in wage and salary surveys. Consult with departmental managers on classification and compensation reviews and issues.
