Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to work as a key member of the BT Account team. They will drive performance and achieve sales growth targets by managing the existing business and identifying opportunities for growth across the portfolio of services.

The Account Manager is responsible for owning the Account Development Plan which ensures a robust growth strategy that understands our customers, responds to their needs and maximises our ability to seize opportunities.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to act promptly and decisively when dealing with challenges. We're looking for someone who can challenge traditional thinking to enhance business performance and provide innovative solutions.They will also share their expertise and skills to support others by creating a culture of excellence and high performance across the organization.

Requirements/Skills
Responsibilities
• Manage Business unit or units within the BT Group
• Achieving Gross Profit (GP) sales targets from the agreed accounts
• Identify sales opportunities to achieve growth across the portfolio of services delivered by Brightstar
• Owns and updates the Account Development Plan
• Develops senior level relationships between Brightstar and key client contacts to further business partnerships
• Coordinates all sales activities
• Maintaining Salesforce.com with current and accurate information on all accounts and opportunities
• Accurately manages sales forecasts on a monthly basis
• Developing and maintaining an up to date knowledge on all the Brightstar products and services and an awareness of the wider global capabilities

Key Skills
• Account Management experience - Evidence of achieving targets
• Business to business sales experience - telecoms or technology focused
• Demonstrable experience in engaging confidently at senior management level
• Broad industry experience and expertise across sectors
• Outstanding listening skills and an ability to demonstrate empathy
• Experience in the technology Services market
• Outstanding presentation and business writing skills
• Highly motivated and tenacious self-starter, with the desire to constantly learn and develop
• A fast learner who can understand business issues and identify and articulate solutions.
