Job Description
We are looking to recruit a talented Account Manager who will be responsible for effectively managing and overseeing business performance for targeted existing and new customers.

They will be responsible for growing our existing customer base as well as opening new customer accounts to meet and exceed the financial expectations of the channel, through proactive business planning and execution.

Our ideal candidate will be able to self-manage and have the motivation to achieve business development excellence. Working with specialist lines of business they will provide innovative solutions which will support and drive the strategy of the business.

Requirements/Skills
Key Skills
• Proven experience opening and developing retail customers in sales driven environment.
• Proven success in generating incremental margin generation
• Retail/E-tail knowledge and experience preferably within consumer tech/electricals.
• Proven ability to create and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience of working with on-line trading platforms.
• Strong commercial acumen and motivation
• Reacts quickly to both opportunities and risks as they become apparent.
• Has a tenacious, proactive and innovative approach to sales and management.
• Excellent team working skills
• Behaves in a manner that ensures that the company is represented to customers and suppliers in an ethical manner at all times.
