KPMG is currently seeking a Leader of Performance Management and Career Architecture to join our Human Resources organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead firm wide efforts to elevate performance management as a critical business capability to enhance the performance of our partners and employees to deliver impact, seek growth and inspire trust  
  • Partner with leaders to develop the firm wide partner and employee career architectures with an eye towards the future to ensure it contains the agility to support the strengthening of our talent capabilities and skills in support of the firm’s future growth trajectory
  • Accountability for aligning the firm wide performance management and career frameworks with the talent and compensation strategy 
  • Lead the design, implementation and management of a reimagined performance management development framework in partnership with the firm’s leadership, while overseeing the successful delivery of the actual process
  • Support a rapidly changing and evolving workforce, partner with the firm’s leadership to develop newly designed firm wide career frameworks for partners and employees that are consistent, yet flexible to meet the unique needs of the various business segments

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of ten years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Talent Management leader with significant experience working with C-level executives to design a complex performance management framework; preferably from a professional services firm and /or a highly matrixed organization
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; advanced degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change in a transformative environment, especially through leveraging digital technologies to support performance management or total rewards processes; experience managing compensation processes a plus
  • Proven ability to influence change among c-suite executives with unique and complex business requirements to find a workable solution that supports the overall firm strategy
  • Proven ability to establish strategy, design processes and translate them into an effective, long-term actionable plans 
  • Highly motivated problem solver with superior knowledge and application of performance management, career architecture frameworks and related processes to advise leaders across the firm
