Job Summary
This position is for a Sr. Electrical Engineer to join the Environmental Qualification Lab team in Melbourne, Florida as an Electromagnetic Interference / Compatibility (EMI / EMC) Test Engineer. This position supports the Environmental Qualification of various Rockwell Collins products by leading project teams through the environmental qualification process as well as providing engineering support to the qualification lab.
This position provides the opportunity to work for a leader in the aerospace industry in a state-of the-art, world-class test facility supporting the development of a wide variety of avionics communications, navigation, and surveillance products.

Basic Qualifications
Additional experience a plus:
NARTE certification
LabView software programming experience
Experience with climatics and dynamics testing would be a plus.
OEM standards and requirements such as Boeing, Airbus, and Bombardier
RF circuit, electromagnetic field and wave, and system / design experience
EMC design support experience
This person must be self motivated, organized, and disciplined. Must be able to operate in a dynamic environment and be capable of achieving results while managing multiple objectives. Must have strong communication and leadership skills in order to work with multiple teams to achieve results.
