Job Description
In this role you will assist the management team in delivering superior service and cost effective operations.

This role will entail a range of warehouse duties as required including inbound stock QC and receipt, despatch (End User, Stores and Bulk) pick, pack and ship, customisation duties and device inspections.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To ensure that all warehouse transactions are completed to high standards of accuracy and quality.
• To ensure personal productivity performance is maintained consistently.
• To identify areas of improvement and to provide solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
• To contribute to individual departmental KPI's on a daily basis.
• To adhere to all onsite health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with site stock counts.

Requirements/Skills
• Basic understanding of verbal and written English
• Ability to perform accurate basic mental calculations
• WMS / JDE Knowledge an advantage.
• Ability to build, develop and maintain good relationships with team members and individuals.
• Job holder demonstrates excellent planning; organizational and communication skills.
• An ability to work individually or as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic.
• Able to work in time sensitive environment ensuring all customer expectations are met on time.
• Customer focused mentality.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and commitment-willingness to work additional hours as required.
