KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Communications to join our KPMG Technology Group in our Park Ridge, NJ office.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison with other departments within the technology organization, building relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Collaborate with the Communications and project teams to create internal strategic communications plans for projects and programs
  • Initiate ideas, develop and write articles through various delivery channels
  • Prepare status updates and activity reports, attend meetings and conference calls
  • Support large scale events, coordinating logistics, developing collateral and being vital member of project team

Qualifications:

  • Three years of experience in public relations or corporate communications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Corporate communications abilities including executive positioning, internal communications, and social media platforms; strong writing and editing skills for a variety of assignments
  • Experience with Photoshop or other digital imaging software, and video production experience; proficient with MS office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong time management skills, and strong attention to detail; ability to follow directions and prioritize accordingly
  • Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members
