Our new District Account Manager is polished and articulate, passionate, an influencer, and eternal optimist. The position’s focus is sales/operational efficiency, improving the customer experience, and an engaged coach, mentor, and trainer of Store Management.
Critical responsibilities include:

  • developing and building upon key consultative relationships with internal clients
  • providing internal coaching and training services to improve overall store results and efficiencies
  • developing plans to improve selling, and supporting store management in executing programs
  • profit and loss (P&L) financial goals and metrics
This role is part account management, part mentoring, part sales subject matter expert, part change leader.

Necessary for Success:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7-10 years retail sales and sales training experience in a multi-store environment
  • Experience in the home services retail industry is highly preferred
  • Organized, engaged, and superior relationship-builder
Comfortable with a high degree of travel, and flexible as to schedule
