Our new District Account Manager is polished and articulate, passionate, an influencer, and eternal optimist. The position’s focus is sales/operational efficiency, improving the customer experience, and an engaged coach, mentor, and trainer of Store Management.
Critical responsibilities include: - developing and building upon key consultative relationships with internal clients
- providing internal coaching and training services to improve overall store results and efficiencies
- developing plans to improve selling, and supporting store management in executing programs
- profit and loss (P&L) financial goals and metrics

Necessary for Success: - Bachelor’s degree
- 7-10 years retail sales and sales training experience in a multi-store environment
- Experience in the home services retail industry is highly preferred
- Organized, engaged, and superior relationship-builder
