We are currently seeking a Director, External Content, Knowledge Management to join our Global Knowledge Management business in our Montvale, NJ office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, oversee and maintain external content strategy for the KPMG Global Knowledge & Collaboration organization
  • Collaborate with global procurement and operations, to implement and use 3rd party research tools and sources
  • Partner with global research leaders and stakeholders to align activities and deliver value to users and manage costs
  • Collaborate with internal KPMG counterparts to ensure business requirements are translated into proper vendor agreements and licenses
  • Lead the global strategy for training and awareness, while ensuring similarities and consistencies with other global stakeholders
  • Align research tool strategy to larger programs around research services, competitive intelligence, and account services

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years of progressive external research experience, preferably within a global professional services firm or large global corporate environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Experience managing a team and project budgeting
  • Experience managing and rolling out external content, and market data services and solutions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute proficiently and counsel senior leaders
  • Critical thinker with exceptional client service attributes’
